BHM gathered together at the greenhouse at Bakers Acres to plant some seeds of the rarer prairie plants we encountered last fall.  The tiny seeds were lovelingly placed in the soil one by one to be later planted in small nursery plots to increase the amount available of the less common prairie species.

The winter plating of the gathered seeds from the year took place at Pine Knob Preserve in Lagrange on Saturday December 1.
